Die Strecke sollte von Grand River Harbor am Lake Erie nach Hudson im Summit County Ohio führen. Farmer und lokale Geschäftsleute beliehen ihr Eigentum, weil sie Profit mit der Bahn machen wollten. Vorbereitungen und Begradigungen wurden gemacht von Painesville nach Chardon und südwestlich von Novelty. Doch dann wurde das Projekt eingestellt.
