Am 22.5.1907 verkauft an die Eastern Oklahoma Railway und nur 4 Wochen später an die Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fé Ry. Denver im Norden und der Golf von Mexico waren in der Nord-Süd-Achse so ziemlich die extremste für die Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fè RR denkbare Ausdehnung.
