(43 Meilen) auf dem Ostufer des Susquehanna River 1879. Noch vor Fertigstellung pleite gegangen und 1878 unter obigem Namen reorganisiert, dann an die Pennsylvania RR verpachtet und formell als Untergesellschaft der Philadelphia & Erie RR geführt. Neben dem in dieser Gegend beinahe obligatorischen Kohletransport hatte die Bahn noch eine ganz besondere Aufgabe: Sie brachte in eigenen Sonderzügen Pilgerer und Musikkapellen zum auf halber Strecke liegenden Mountain Grove Campground.
