Nach Insolvenz 1900 als Kentucky & Indiana Bridge & Railway reorganisiert, 1910 umbenannt wie oben. 1912 Neubau einer zweigleisigen Brücke, die auch für schwerste Züge befahrbar war. Daneben Betrieb der Ringeisenbahn von Louisville sowie (um unliebsame Konkurrenz auszuschalten) der parallel zur Brücke den Fluß querenden New Albany and Portland Ferry.
