Im Mai 1887 mit der Ashtabula & Pittsburg RR verschmolzen zur Ashtabula, Niles & Youngstown RR, diese wurde nur zwei Monate später mit der Youngstown, Lawrence & Pittsburg RR verschmolzen zur Pittsburg, Youngstown & Ashtabula RR. 1887 an die Pennsylvania RR verpachtet.
