Gründer waren Deutsche Bak AG, Frankfurt a.M., Amsterdam-Rotterdam Bank NV, Amsterdam, Creditanstalt-Bankverein, Wien, Midland Bank Ltd., London, Soc. Gle. S.A., Paris, Soc. Gle. de Banque S.A., Brüssel. 1977 wurde diese Neugründung in "European Asian Bank" umbenannt.
