Um die Jahrhundertwende mußte aufgrund von Schieflagen eine Aktienzusammenlegung 15:1 durchgeführt werden. Da der Mindestnennwert bei 1.000 Mark blieb, gab es Probleme für Pfandbriefgläubiger mit geringeren Nominalwerten. Daher übernahm die “Bank für Handel und Industrie” treuhänderisch die Aktien für eine zwischengeschaltete Aktionärsvereinigung. Hierdurch wurde der Bruchteilbesitz von Aktien möglich. Zertifikate über 1.000 Mark konnten jederzeit in Aktien der “Berliner Hypothekenbank” getauscht werden. | | Specials: | Mit vielen Dividendenstempeln.
