Diese 1908 von Louis N. Loomis gegründete Ges. plante eine schnurgerade (“Arrow Line”) rd. 90 Meilen lange Bahn von St. Paul über Grantsburg in Wisconsin zur Stadt Superior an der Südwestspitze des Lake Superior. Die Strecke sollte elektrifiziert werden, Strom sollte (wie schon für zwei weitere Bahnsysteme) aus der Wasserkraft des St. Louis River gewonnen werden. An den Endpunkten sollte die Bahn unmittelbare Anschlüsse an die elektrischen Straßenbahnen von Superior, Minneapolis und St. Paul erhalten.
