Ab 1929 Piano- und Orgelwerke Philipps AG. Übernommen wurden 1923 die Frati & Co. AG in Berlin, 1925 die Pianofabrik Wilh. Arnold, Aschaffenburg und 1929 die Baldur Pianoforte-Fabrik AG in Frankfurt/Main. Im Werk II in Rödelheim wurden auch Fahrrad-Licht-Dynamos und Fahrradlampen sowie Motorrad-Beleuchtung hergestellt.1944/45 wurde die Fabrik bei Luftangriffen völlig zerstört, 1948/49 konnte das alte Fabrikationsprogramm in vollem Umfang wieder aufgenommen werden. 1954 kam unter dem Einfluß des Wirtschaftsprüfers Ludwig Riegel eine ganz ungewöhnliche Verwandlung: Die AG wude umbenannt in “Unterfränkische Treuhand-AG” und war fortan als Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft tätig. 1974 in eine GmbH umgewandelt. | | Availability: | R 9 | | Condition: | Mit komplettem Kuponbogen.
