Info:Das Actien-Capital dieser hypothecarischen Anleihe betrug nur 14.000 Thaler. Die Verzinsung belief sich auf 4 %. Zahlfällig wurde diese Actie am 1.9.1871. Heinrich Specht finanzierte damit den Kauf des bekannten Frascati, ein sehr beliebtes Ausflugslokal, direkt an der Bahnstrecke Hamburg-Berlin gelegen. Das pompöse Frascati (u.a. großer Saal, Restaurant, Musikveranstaltungen) wurde von der Hamburg Bergedorfer Eisenbahn um 1841 in Bergedorf erbaut. 1847/1848 wurde das Gebäude abgebaut und samt Inventar von der Berlin-Hamburger Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft nach Friedrichsruhe (Sachsenwald) transportiert und dort identisch wieder aufgebaut. Ca. 1850 pachtete Heinrich Specht das Frascati, das 1857 bis auf die Grundmauern niederbrannte. Specht rief eine AG zum Kauf des Grundstücks und zum Wiederaufbau ins Leben. Dafür gewährte die Hamburg-Bergedorfer Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft die Hypothek in Höhe von 14.000 Thaler. Seit der Dotation des Sachsenwaldes durch Kaiser Wilhelm I. an seinen Reichskanzler Fürst Otto von Bismarck am 24.7.1871 und dem Ankauf des Erbzinsgutes gehörte das Frascati der Familie Bismarck. Noch bis 1878 verpachtete der Fürst das Frascati an Heinrich Specht. 1879 ließ er es zum Herrenhaus umbauen. Es dient seitdem als Sitz der Familie Bismarck.
