Komplettiert 1873, später dann die Pittsburgh, Youngstown and Ashtabula RR. Hauptstrecke von Lawrence Junc., Pa. nach Ashtabula Harbor, O. (80 Meilen). Die Bahn war ursprünglich auf Jahresbasis an die Pennsylvania RR verpachtet, 1910 erfolgte dann die Verpachtung auf 999 Jahre.
