Sehr kleine, kaum 9 Meilen lange Bahn südöstlich von Camden, N.J. 1879 mit der Freehold & Jamesburg Agricultural RR fusioniert, die selbst unter dem Dach der Pennsylvania RR agierte. Bis dahin waren überhaupt nur ca. 150 Aktienzertifikate ausgegeben worden. Die Teilstrecke Manasqan-Farmingdale wurde 1966 abgebrochen. Auf der ehemaligen Schienentrasse befindet sich heute der Edgar Felix Bicycle Path.
