Reorganisiert 1875 als Indianapolis, Decatur & Springfield RW. 1882 an die Indiana, Bloomington & Western RW verpachtet. Erneute Reorganisation 1887 als Indianapolis & Wabash Ry., 1888 als Indianapolis, Decatur & Western Ry., 1894 als Indiana, Decatur & Western Ry., 1902 als Cincinnati, Indianapolis & Western Ry., 1915 unter sonst gleichem Namen als Railroad.
