Strecke von South Bend, Ind. nach St. Joseph, Mich. (39 Meilen). Seit 1890 verpachtet an die Terre Haute & Indiana RR. 1898 in der St. Joseph, South Bend & Southern RR aufgegangen, später Teil des New-York-Central-Systems. Der Siegeszug des Automobils machte diese stark auf den Personenverkehr angewiesene Bahn überflüssig.
