Picture: Number: 559 Info: Gegründet 1825 als Hampshire Manufacturers Bank in Ware, Massachusetts, 1864 umbenannt in Ware National Bank und von einer privaten Notenbank reorganisiert zur Nationalbank. Die Bank gab von 1865 bis 1902 15 Typen Geldscheine heraus. Als Kinder gründeten Richard Ware und sein Bruder Bill eine eigene Bankinstitution, außerhalb der Familien-Institution, der Amarillo Bank, die von Benjamin Taliaferro Ware 1892 gegründet wurde. Sie nannten sie Ware National Bank und kreierten ihre eigenen "Deposit slips" und "Checks".
