Bereits im Sept. 1924 trat diese AG wieder in Liquidation. Zur Blütezeit gab es in Sangerhausen 11 Mühlen, die aus von der Gonna abgeleiteten Mühlgräben angetrieben wurden und die alle außerhalb der Stadtmauern lagen.
