Klein AG". 1918 übernahm die Kaiser-Otto AG Nahrungsmittelfabriken, Heilbronn die Aktienmehrheit, zugleich umbenannt in "Landshuter Keks- und Nahrungsmittelfabrik AG" und 1925 in "Landshuter Keks- und Schokoladenfabrik AG". Hergestellt wurden Back-, Teig- und Zuckerwaren aller Art sowie Schokolade unter der Marke "Zugspitze". Notiert im Freiverkehr München, letzter Großaktionär war der Zwiebackfabrikant Carl Brandt. 1951 umgewandelt in die "C.& F. Brandt Schokoladenfabrik "Zugspitze" GmbH".
