Diese Gesellschaft wurde wiederum 1917 mit der AG Reederei Norden in die AG Reederei Norden Frisia fusioniert. Das Unternehmen betrieb mit wenigen Dampfern einen Liniendienst für die damals populäre Bäderschiffahrt zu den Nordseeinseln.
