Trotz der großen topologischen und geographischen Probleme wurde die Bahn fristgerecht im Winter 1914/15 fertiggestellt. Die offizielle Einweihungsfeier fand am 11.12.1914 statt, bereits einen Tag später fuhren die ersten fahrplanmäßigen Züge auf der von Anfang an mit dem seltenen 2400-V-Gleichstromsystem elektrifizierten Strecke. Die schlechte Finanzsituation der Bahn führte 1942 zur Fusion mit der Rhätischen Bahn. | | Specials: | Dekorativ verziert.
