Als Bestätigung der Eintragung fertigte das Bergamt die Gewährscheine aus. Übertragungen, sei es wegen Erbschaft, Schenkung, Verkauf oder Verpfändung, musste der Begünstigte dem Bergamt zur "Zugewährung" innerhalb bestimmter Fristen anzeigen, anderenfalls er nicht wirksam Bergwerkseigentum erlangte.
