Weltkrieges durch deutsche und französische Bankiers und Industrielle unter Führung der Société Nancéienne de Crédit Industriel et de Depots, Nancy, die auch Mehrheitsaktionär war. Neben dem Hauptsitz in Saarbrücken, Kaiserstr. 44 bestanden Filialen in Saarlouis, St. Ingbert, Dillingen, Merzig, Völklingen, Ottweiler und Neunkirchen. Nachdem das Saarland „heim in‘s Reich“ geholt worden war, ging die Landesbank 1935 „in Folge der veränderten politischen Verhältnisse“ in Liquidation.
