Die der Ges. gehörige Gastwirtschaft neben der Viehverkaufshalle wurde verpachtet. 1945 Umstellung des Grundkapitals von 80.000 RM auf 40.000 DM. Ab 1953 wurde in der Viehverkaufshalle Wunstorf der vorher in Lehrte stattfindende monatliche Pferdemarkt abgehalten, letztmalig im Jahr 1995. Dann sicherte sich durch Übernahme der Aktiengesellschaft eine Baufirma das interessante Grundstück mitten in der Stadt.
