Neben umfangreichen Bergbauberechtigungen war auch der Bau von Eisenbahnen im Damara- und Ovamboland und dem Kaokofeld Inhalt der Konzession. Für die Ausbeutung von Diamantenfeldern räumte die Gesellschaft dem südafrikanischen De-Beers-Konzern ein Vorzugsrecht ein. Nach dem verlorenen 1. Weltkrieg wurde Deutsch-Südwestafrika von Südafrika verwaltetes Mandatsgebiet und der deutsche Besitz enteignet.
