Hergestellt wurden Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen. Großaktionäre waren die Kgl. Prinzen Konrad und Georg von Bayern, Börsennotiz in München und Augsburg (1932 eingestellt). 1930 umfirmiert wie oben, infolge der katastrophalen Lage der Branche in der Weltwirtschaftskrise 1932 Sitzverlegung nach Berlin und Konzentration auf die Niederlassungen Berlin, Breslau, Karlsruhe und Wien (alle übrigen wurden verkauft oder stillgelegt).
