Übernommen wurden 1911 die Lothringer Walzengießerei AG in Busendorf und 1916 die Hainer Hütte AG, Siegen (Westf.). 1927 Zusammenschluß mit der Gustav Gontermann GmbH, wobei das operative Geschäft in der neu gegründeten Gontermann-Peipers AG für Walzenguß und Hüttenbetrieb, Siegen (Westf.) zusammengefaßt wurde, zugleich Umfirmierung in Peipers & Cie. AG. Seitdem an Gontermann-Peipers mit 48 % beteiligt, außerdem seit 1955 mit 65,8 % an der Preßwerk Köngen GmbH, Köngen (Neckar), die kunststoffbeschichtete Platten sowie Industrie- und Haushaltsartikel aus Kunststoff und Holz herstellten. 1999 wurden die letzten freien Aktionäre dieser nie börsennotiert gewesenen AG zwangsabgefunden. | | Availability: | R 10 | | Condition: | UNC-EF. | | Sold: | 85,00 EUR |
