Noch im selben Jahr fusionierte sich die Ges. mit der S.A. des Hauts-Fournaux de La Paix. Zweck: Gewinnung und Verkauf von Eisenerz, Fabrikation von Eisen u. Stahl. Die Werke lagen in den damals deutsch-lothringischen Gemeinden Kneuttingen, Nilvingen, Algringen, Fentsch und Aumetz. 1911 waren über 10.000 Arbeiter beschäftigt.
