Glasgroßhandlung, Halle a.d.Saale. 1922 Sitzverlegung nach Halle a.d.Saale und gleichzeitig Einrichtung einer Filiale in Königsberg i.Pr. Ebenfalls 1922 kam es zu Differenzen in der Verwaltung, die in der Entlassung und kurz darauf Wiedereinstellung des Vorstands Arno Heckert gipfelten.
