Ab 1881 auch reguläres Bankgeschäft. Zu den Gründungen der Bank gehörten u.a. 1869/70 Waffenfabriks-Ges., Wiener Locomotiv-Fabriks-AG, 1871 Elbethalbahn, 1872 Wien-Pottendorf-Wiener-Neustädter Bahn, 1898 “Moravia” Brauerei usw. Auch am Bau von allen großen Eisenbahnen beteiligt, wie der Ung. Nordbahn und der Südbahn (1869/70). Später mit der Creditanstalt zur CA-Bankverein fusioniert, welche dann in der Bank Austria AG aufging.
