Großaktionär war die HypoVereinsbank. 2001 mit der Bayerischen Handelsbank und der Nürnberger Hypothekenbank zur Hypo Real Estate Bank fusioniert, anschließend wurden die Aktien an die Aktionäre der HypoVereinsbank ausgekehrt.
