Die wirtschaftliche Situation der Gesellschaft war stets angespannt, sodaß bereits im gleichen Jahr eine Obl. von 100.000 M gezeichnet wurde. 1920 wurde das Unternehmen neu gegründet unter der Firmierung “Chemisch Pharmazeutische Werke Bad Homburg AG”, 1924 in “Chemisch-Pharmazeutische AG Bad Homburg” umbenannt. 1933 wurde das Unternehmen von der Degussa übernommen und in “Chemiewerk Homburg AG umbenannt. Das völlig verseuchte Fabrikareal sorgte in Bad Homburg vor etlichen Jahren für einen handfesten Skandal. | | Specials: | Teil einer aufgrund der Vermittlung des Banquiers F. L. Blassmeyer in Düsseldorf zustandegekommenen Anleihe von 100.000 M, die aber später nicht mehr bedient wurde: Kupons ab Nr. 6 sind noch vorhanden.
