Die Gesellschaft erzeugte in Hirtenberg alle Sorten von Jagd- und Scheibenpatronen bzw. deren Elemente und Holzgasgeneratoren. Heute ist die Hirtenberger-Gruppe in den vier Geschäftssparten “Automotive Safety”, Munition, Präzisionstechnik und Industrieeinrichtungen tätig. Insgesamt 500 Mitarbeiter erwirtschafteten an den Standorten Hirtenberg (NÖ) und Papa (Ungarn) einen Gesamtumsatz von 70 Mio.
