Boese & Co." in Berlin und der Zweigniederlassung "Süddeutsche Electricitätsgesellschaft Augsburg W.A. Boese & Co.". 1897 erfolgte ebenfalls die Übernahme der Altdammer Electricitätswerke GmbH. Herstellung von Accumulatoren, elektrotechnischen und mechanischen Utensilien. Spezialität: stationäre und transportable Accumulatoren für alle Zwecke, besonders für elektrische Waggonbeleuchtung, für Telegraphie und Telephonie sowie Bau elektrischer Centralen und Strassenbahnen, Fabrikation von Traktions-, Boots- und stationären Batterien. 1899 Erwerb des englischen Patents Stone für elektrische Beleuchtung von Eisenbahnwagen. 1906 bis 1908 baute die Gesellschaft im Auftrag der “Deutsche Ultramobil Gesellschaft mbH” aus Berlin ein Automobil, das als der erste und letzte eigens entworfene PKW der Berliner Vertriebsfirma in die Automobilgeschichte einging. (Vorher vertrieb die 1904 gegründete Deutsche Ultramobil Gesellschaft das sog. in Eisenach gebaute und in Lizenz für die Firma Oldsmobile vertriebene “Ultramobil”, Typ Curved Dash.). Eine 1909/10 versuchte Sanierung mißlang und konnte den späteren Konkurs nicht mehr verhindern. | | Specials: | Bei der Sanierung 1903 umgewandelt in eine VZ-Actie.
