Versicherungs-Bank AG" (vormals Versicherungs-Anstalten der Bayerischen Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank). 1927 Fusion mit der Stuttgarter Verein Versicherungs-AG, danach von 1927 bis 1940 Firmierung als "Allianz und Stuttgarter Verein Versicherungs-AG". 1985 hat die Gesellschaft den gesamten direkten inländischen Versicherungsbestand auf die Secunda Vermögensverwaltungs-AG übertragen. Die Allianz Versicherungs-AG hat die Firma im gleichen Jahr in Allianz Holding AG geändert, während die frühere Secunda Vermögensverwaltungs-AG den Namen Allianz Versicherungs-AG fortführte.
