Okt. 1899 eröffnet. Hauptaktionäre waren die Kaiser-Ferdinands-Nordbahn und die Österreichische Verkehrsanstalt. Den Betrieb führte die KFNB im Auftrag der Localbahn Otrokowitz-Zlin-Wisowitz aus. Nach der Verstaatlichung ging die Betriebsführung 1907 an die k.k.Österr.
