Später Übernahme weiterer Fabriken in Döhlen, Neusattl, Kosten (1890), Schneidemühl (1900), Wirges, Osterwald, Gertraudenhütte (1902), Graz (1911) und Gleiwitz (1912). So entstand einer der größten Erzeuger von Flaschen und Weißhohlglas in ganz Europa. 1930 Verschmelzung mit der Stralauer Glasfabrik AG in Berlin.
