Neben dem Werk in Bremen besaß die Gesellschaft in Haselhorst bei Berlin die frühere Armeekonservenfabrik. 1923 Sitzverlegung nach Berlin, im gleichen Jahr Erwerb der Flensburger Margarinewerke GmbH.
