Die Bahn besaß 9 Lokomotiven, nur 7 Personen- aber 164 Güterwagen. Kein Wunder: zu den maßgeblichen Gründern gehörten zwei Braunkohlegruben der Gegend. 1928 umbenannt in Aschersleben-Schneidlingen-Nienhagener Eisenbahn-AG. 1950 enteignet und in die Deutsche Reichsbahn eingegliedert.
