Carl von Sachsen-Hildburghausen. Übernahme durch die Firma Kieser & Heubach im Jahr 1863, seit 1884 AG. Werke in Kloster Veilsdorf, Brattendorf und Eisfeld, wo insbesondere Isolatoren hergestellt wurden. Börsennotiz Berlin und Dresden/Leipzig, Großaktionär war die Porzellanfabrik Kahla. In der DDR gehörte das Werk zum Kombinat Keramische Werke Hermsdorf. Das Werk Kloster Veilsdorf, nach der Privatisierung eine GmbH, gehörte von 1992 bis 1996 zur Jenaoptik GmbH Jena, danach im Besitz der Firma Rauschert als Rauschert Kloster Veilsdorf GmbH. | | Specials: | Sehr dekorativ mit drei Vignetten mit Fabriken.
