Die Gesellschaft besaß auf 16 Morgen eine Maschinenbauanstalt und Eisengießerei, eine Schiffswerft und Kesselschmiede mit Kanalanschluss in die Oder. 1873 wurden zwei Grundstücke und 1889 die Maschinenbau-Anstalt und Schiffsbauwerft von Aron & Gollnow in Grabow hinzuerworben. Damit verfügte man über ein mehr als 140.000 qm großes Areal mit 370 Meter Wasserfront.
