Picture: Number: 4 Info: Gegründet 1880 als Nachfolger der 1869 entstandenen Missisquoi & Clyde Rivers RR, die sich am Bau der 20 Meilen langen Bahn Newport-Farnham (die in Newport an die Connecticut & Passumpsic Rivers RR anschloß und nordwestwärts Richtung Montreal führen sollte) finanziell verhoben hatte. Bereits 1881 an die Montreal & Atlantic Ry. verpachtet, später in der Canadian Pacific aufgegangen. Nach einer ersten gescheiterten Reprivatisierung wude die bis heute in Betrieb befindliche Strecke schließlich 2003 an die Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Ry. verkauft.
