Durch die Übertragung der Verwaltung des Bades auf die Bad Pyrmont AG im Jahr 1922, dem Gründungsjahr der Bad Pyrmont AG, wurde der Ursprung des heutigen Staatsbades Pyrmont als Unternehmen gelegt. 1934 wurde Mitteilung gemäß § 240 HGB gemacht.
