Henry Schröder & Co. in London, die Société Générale de Paris und die Banque de Paris et des Pays-Bas. Zahlstellen in Deutschland waren S. Bleichröder in Berlin, Gebr. Bethmann in Frankfurt sowie Schröder Gebrüder & Co., L. Behrens & Söhne und M. M. Warburg & Co. in Hamburg, schließlich Deichmann & Co. in Cöln. Abgesichert war die Emission durch Verpfändung der Kaffeevorräte und der Einnahmen aus einem Zuschlagzoll von 2 1/2 Frcs. Gold pro Sack Kaffee.
