Zweck war Verwaltung, Verwertung und Veräusserung des der Gesellschaft gehörigen in Leipzig gelegenen Hausgrundstücks “Plauenscher Hof”, Brühl 23. Die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft wurden von der Leipziger Immobilien-Gesellschaft geführt. 1919 wurde das Grundstück verkauft, 1920 trat die Gesellschaft in Liquidation.
