In Davos gab es eine ganze Reihe von Hilfsprojekten für jüdische Flüchtlinge, u.a. die Heilstätte "Etania" und das Sanatorium "Mon Repos". In Davos kamen bereits im Febr. 1945 die ersten jüdischen KZ-Häftlinge an, frei bekommen von Graf Bernadotte (erschossen von jüdischen Terroristen) nach Verhandlungen mit Heinrich Himmler.
