Im Boom der Gründerjahre entwickelte sich die Fabrik im Norden Berlins angesichts der Bauwut in der Hauptstadt zunächst gut. Dem Aufsichtsrat gehörten so bekannte Persönlichkeiten wie der Lokomotivfabrikant Schwartzkopff und der Bankier Heimann an. Als die Bautätigkeit abflaute, gab es ernste Schwierigkeiten: Einer Kapitalzusammenlegung 5:1, nach der die vorliegende Aktie neu ausgegeben wurde, folgte 1880 die Auflösung der Gesellschaft. | | Availability: | Anh.
