Filialen bestanden in Berlin, München, Amsterdam, Hannover, Hamburg, Karlsruhe und Königsberg. Mitte 1922 Sitzverlegung nach Essen, 1924 wurde dem Firmennamen das Wort "Hochtief" vorangestellt. Heute der größte deutsche Baukonzern. Großaktionäre nach 1945 waren zuerst das RWE und die AEG, dann das RWE, die Commerzbank und Merck, Finck & Co., schließlich erlangte das RWE mit zuletzt 62 % allein eine satte Mehrheit, von der man sich 2004 trennte und die Aktien breit streute. 2005/06 erwarb Baron August von Finck über die Custodia Holding AG (die frühere Löwenbräu AG) über 25 % von Hochtief und verkaufte das Paket im März 2007 zum mehr als doppelten Preis an die spanische Baufirma ACS. | | Availability: | R 7 | | Condition: | EF. | | Sold: | unsold |
