Seit 1907 Zahnräderfabrik Köllmann GmbH, 1912 in eine AG umgewandelt, 1928 Umfirmierung wie oben. In Leipzig börsennotiert. Die Fabrik in der Torgauer Str. 74 produzierte mit knapp 500 Mitarbeitern Zahnräder, Getriebe für Eisenbahntriebwagen, Hinterachsen und Wechselgetriebe für die Automobilindustrie sowie Langfräsmaschinen. 1946 Demontage und Enteignung des Leipziger Werkes, das in der DDR als VEB Fahrzeuggetriebewerke Joliot Curio weiterbestand, 1991 als Zahnradwerke Leipzig GmbH reprivatisiert (seit 1999 Neue Zahnradwerk Leipzig GmbH). Die AG selbst verlegte ihren Sitz 1949 nach Langenberg/Rhld. (wo schon seit 1911 die Tochter Köllmann Maschinenbau GmbH ansässig war) und 1951 nach Düsseldorf. Einrichtung eines neuen Werkes in Düsseldorf-Heerdt. 1955 Übernahme durch die Maschinenfabrik Ernst Thielenhaus, die die Produktion 1964 in einem neuen großen Werk in Wuppertal konzentrierte. Im Zuge der Neuorganisation der Gruppe wurde die Zahnradfabrik Köllmann GmbH 2002 als Koellmann Airtec und Koellmann Gear Teil der Thielenhaus Technologies GmbH. | | Availability: | Mit kpl.
