Breuer Söhne in Siegburg. Alle drei Braustätten in Hersel, Siegburg und Wissen wurden weiterbetrieben, nur die 1926 erworbene Kronenbrauerei Fusshöller & Co. in Eitorf (Sieg) wurde anschließend stillgelegt. Nachdem die Schlossbrauerei Neunkirchen GmbH vorm. Fr. Schmidt in Neunkirchen (Saar) die Aktienmehrheit erworben hatte, wurde 1970 die Zentralverwaltung dorthin verlegt.
