Strecken Halle-Hettstedt (50 km) und Gerbstedt-Friedeburg (10 km). 1896 Erwerb der Halleschen Hafenbahn, ferner Betrieb des Saalehafens Friedeburg und eines Lokomotiv- und Wagenausbesserungswerkes. Die Hafenbahn umfaßte anfangs sieben Fabrikanschlüsse. 1950 wurde selbige von der DR übernommen. Specials: Schöne besondere Zierumrandung. Lokabb. im Trockenprägesiegel.
