Das 1872 gegründete Bergwerk gehörte bis 1934/35 der oberpfälzischen Eisenwerk-Gesellschaft Maximilianshütte und wurde dann an die Harpener Bergbau-AG verkauft. 1939 weiterverkauft an die zum Krupp-Konzern gehörende Gewerkschaft Constantin der Große. 1973 Zusammenlegung mit der benachbarten Zeche Friedrich der Große (Stahlwerke Peine-Salzgitter). 1978 wurde das Bergwerk stillgelegt. | | Specials: | Originalunterschriften.
